Dr. Aravelli Chandra Sekhar Rao was born in to a small farmer family in a small village in eastwhile karimnagar district.

He graduated in Ayurvedic medicine and awarded B.A.M.S degree (Bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine and surgery) degree by Osmania university. He established a speciality hospital in eastwhile karimnagar district in 1986.He has been practicing along with his doctor wife since then and earned reputation as a poor man's doctor.

He started critical care hospital in siddipet along with his colleague doctors to provide emergency medical and surgical care to the people in remote area during his long career he conducted hundreds medical camps and provided free medical services to thousands of poor people.

He is a well acclaimed philanthropist and has supporting old age people both in terms of food and medical care who are staying in old age homes or otherwise. He has been associated with several voluntary organizations.
